The aging in large format barrels has preserved a vibrant freshness that has been smoothed and guided into a lovely wine to sit, enjoy and then try another glass. This wine is everything you love about Sauvignon Blanc, overlaid and embellished with the subtle nuance and softening of fermentation and aging in oak.
While it will develop with age, it is salivating right now.

All of our wines can be enjoyed straight away. For cellaring we reccomend a cool dark space to ensure the wine ages gracefully for 3-5 years. Decanting is reccomend upon opening.
