A lovely hue of pale straw with a bouquet of cashew, spiced apple and ginger.
The palate is deceptively soft and light on entry and quickly displays the complexity of the mineral clay soils of the Omaka Valley. It has a long, textural finish that is supported by excellent acidity and persists on the palate.

All of our wines can be enjoyed straight away. For cellaring we reccomend a cool dark space to ensure the wine ages gracefully for 3-5 years. Decanting is reccomend upon opening.

with aromas of toasty barrel, freshly roasted nut, peach and baked apple, citrus and baking spices. There’s a whisp of ginger spice and fresh hay from the natural ferment adding both intrigue and complexity. On the palate a satin touch is quickly surpassed by textures from lees and barrel spices, then grapefruit and apple, some white peach and crumbled stony soil flavours. Textures from acidity and wood weave through the flavours leading to a complex and lengthy finish. Well made with best drinking from 2023 through 2029."
